You can spawn them, you cannot use them. Cloak, can't put it on. Horn, you can put it on a stand. That's about it.

No, they won't. I tamed 2-star boars halfway across the map and had to drag them back in an hour-long harpoon mission to get them to breed back at base without having to sit in the pigpen all the time..
