Holy hell DeViL, you're having a problem with every single thing I can think of in this game. Take 5 minutes to make sure you're ready to play before you play and I think you'll have more fun.

I think it depends on the size of the swamp. For example, a small-ish swamp island near our home base was pretty easy to clear, but venturing into a huge swamp peninsula was quite a lot more difficult..

My thinking on the mistlands update is that H&H changed so much about the game mechanics I doubt there will be another update that changes so much. I could be wrong; but that's what I'm going with..

There will be 2 small patches before mistlands. One is for the mountain biome will bring in caves and new enemy. Second is to do with ocean. Assuming items for boat, sails and such.
