Grab a stagbreaker or iron sledge and go have some fun. Skeleton Surprise is a nice little break to get some rage out.

fog i believe in reality is a ground and air temp difference and generally in low areas close to ground maybe move to higher ground I live on a penninsula aka the great lake state we get fog that bad ..

Probably a mirror start to one of those fjord cuts on the coastline you get. They both started and sort of cancelled each other out or something. Kind of a neat find.

yes, hitting stuff with an ax makes noise that draws in mobs from all arounddo a quick run around and wipe out all mobs nearby before digging/chopping(also create a make a workbench to stop spawns in ..

From experience, it seems that making noise is the thing that attracts attention to you. So chopping wood, mining, etc. will attract attention of monsters and have them come find you. Which to me real..

Host your world into other server (without password) and you will end up being griefed :D
