"Creative mode" means that cheat codes have been enabled.You can enable cheat codes, do whatever you like, and then disable them, so, yes.

It is possible to achieve some sort of creative mode with the console . I've never tried but the explanations on how to are everywhere online .Google something like valheim cheat console.

I like the fog, too, but if it's obstructing things too much it may be a glitch or issue with some settings, or due to how a certain card or software deals with fog.

I really love the fog in this game. I think there should be creepy mobs that move through the fog as well. That would be really spooky.
