killing a troll, makes the troll event come, killing a surtling, picking up a head ... that makes that event come... it says killing lots of wolfs makes the wolf hunt come, on another page it says if ..

Just make a new world and don't kill any bosses, and the invasions won't be such a pain. Infact it will be even easier, as boars and neck's will attack you. oooo scary boars.

OP makes a good point that you can still passively train axe skill by smacking the foliage around. That is an odd comparative downgrade on all other weapons.

You wanna train? Portal to a greydwarf spawner, place your back to a comfy rock or tree stump and whack away, or let them whack if training blocking. Dwarves too slow, too erratic and dumb? Upgrade yo..

This mod is quite punishing. In multi you can always use one player to lure enemies from the body, but I can imagine problems in singleplayer. In multi we were able to recover bodies sooner or later.B..

Just got hit by one. as far as I can tell it's just a random chance to instantly die. And they're camping my body. Definitely not a game play thing but a reminder to back up saves frequently.

Thanks all, I thought he’d just pop up after every boss fight and mention some things like he did with mining copper and searching for cores in the Black Forest after first boss.

He appeared to me after I built my 3rd or 4th shield and said, "Congratulations! You built a shield."

there are only about 15 or so tips and 12 or 13 of those are day-1 things.

He will appear when you kill the third boss and later when you build a hot tub.

Have you built a hot tub yet, he says something like "come in, the water is nice and warm" xD

every adventure has a certain amount of steps, if the view is good, why run?
