No You can block 100% the respawn of Deathquitos and everything else.I had some Plains islands and as soon as i had covered the whole island with Workbenches and/or Campfires the repsawn stopped compl..

So the solution is to build a lot of Workbenches all around in the air.

The workbench area of effect is a sphere so flyers could spawn above it then dive bomb you.

Spending 4 tin and 2 wood to make another item (that I have to go get, then return) as well as cluttering up inventory/storage space is not my idea of a good time.......but it may be for others, I gue..

you dont need pvp to kill tames just make a butcher knifebutcher knifes have way more damage and will instakill the tame unless its a lox whitch takes 3 hits

Haven't had the issue so speaking in theory, have you tried building up to a 'stuck' boss? Drop a bench and throw down some ladders and a quick platform?

The harpoon thing is almost certainly because you can do things like dig a pit, harpoon the boss, drag them into the pit, and then stand on a pillar and shoot down into the pit while the boss stands t..
