Nvm - re-read patch notes and I see note re: removing comfort from crystal walls.So appears like comfort 17 atm is max (without special scenario of yule tree or maypole)

You absolutely can get Fuling Horde Events now, my place has fended them off 3x and I enjoy the metal left behind.
