Just me but I've 100% used only bronze and iron bucklers so far and been fine blocking everything in my current progression biomes - meadow, BF (inc trolls), and swamp.

Bronze buckler is fine. There isn't a standard shield at that level, and it's better than the wood shield. Iron buckler is just worse than the iron shield, though, even for parrying.

Haven't tried it with a berserker yet but you can easily parry lox with the regular iron shield.

They work fine for me for blocking and parrying. You're not going to block a troll with a tree using a buckler though.

My Buckler works aboslutly perfectly.

I've been using iron buckler in plains biome to much success. Just don't use it against the heavier hitters. Its a buckler not a shield. Use it like a buckler. Personally I like it for it's light weig..

I think parry missed.

I switched to using 2h weapons and it feels way better.Really disappointed that board feels so bad though, but now I'm just cruising through stuff.

My health is usually in the 120 range. I'm only eating so much health food cause supposedly it helps, doesn't really seem to though.

You have to type devcommands and then type debugmode. Then you can press b in the game to enable/disable free build. And I think z is fly mode. God mode I think you type god in the f5 command screen

Just as a word of caution. Don't go near them under-prepared. Those tar slimes will ♥♥♥♥ up your day

Gotta make sure the plains are atleast outside all player/s explored areas from about 3 fog radiuses
