Oak is more alike 20% but feels less because oaks are scarce themself

My guess, and big emphasis on guess, from experience, would be:Beech trees: ~50+%Fir & Pine trees: ~35+%Birch trees: ~20%Oak trees: ~<10%

As you don‘t get every time you shop a tree a seed it looks like there is a drop rate.

assuming your running mods, your probably using better ui mod, and its breaks jumping, you can fix it by disabling 'show character xp bar' in the settings menu for better ui

If mining is the only problem you're facing just start a mining world and log off from there and back to your home world with the metal in your inventory. No need for mods if you don't really want em...

I think it was somekind of UI mod that caused this. Remove it and you can jump again. Not game's fault.
