Care to elaborate?

It seems to be worse if you run and it makes a long line, when dragging it ashore your stamina drains like crazy. With the best foods, muckshakes etc.. ie a stamina build for bowman it is still seriou..

haven't bothered with a harpoon in a while. they will chase you right up to shore. i've had 2 run off on me in 800 hours.

Well, you don't really need a harpoon to get the scales anyway, just get it to follow you to the shallows and then if the scales land in somewhat deep water you can make a little platform and jump in ..

it doesn't make a whole lot of sense...sometimes it doesn't drain staminasometimes it does.

So they counter the issue of not really having much content, by doubling the number of enemies. At least it's straight forward.

I have noticed it as well. New seed new character and on Day 1 I got chased by 10 greydwarves when I accidentally went into the black forest. Yes I died.

During the day not that much. My first copper excursion after H&H I was actually surprised by how calm it was.But during the night, definitly. Can't run 20 meters without encountering a new patrol..

Seems like Stagbreaker is your new best friend. On an interesting sidenote- dig a hole, jump in, and hammer away with stagbreaker- if hole is at just the right depth mobs can't touch you while you ham..

The serpent ai behaviour was changed sometime back so that it is LESS LIKELY to flee. It can flee but won't always.

Besides that the Blueprints are unlocked by the materials.So if you want all Blueprints for a new character you need to ask for a base with all stuff

your existing character can go to a new world any time, and it remembers all the recipes you know on top of that, you can haul your farmed materials over as well.
