well valheim plus has been updated plus there is a new food mod that makes the food like normal so sure jump back in

You don't have to start over. Anything around 500m away from what you've explored will use the new generation. So just go to unexplored areas to find the new stuff.

For me (no mods) the solution was to delete the shader cache folder at:Steam\steamapps\shadercache\892970Got me from 20 FPS back to 99+
