Post a suggestion in the forums, note its an accessibility issue. Hopefully at some point they'll get to it. Didn't see a mod for it.

Try reducing your resolution. Although increasing text size would be a good accessibility addition for those with weak eyesight.

I wouldn't mind grinding for ores at all if carts were less cumbersome / useless
