"Q" might be the issue.

Maybe check gamepad enabled under controls setting...just guessing, but might be it.

I have the exact same issue, alt tab fixes it occasionally but it seems keys are stuck when tehy arent

Try completely removing your drivers with something like DDU, then reinstalling. Could be a bad driver setting or file.
