If you sailed off the edge of the world, thats it for your stuff...The game did warn you in the loading messages and possibly Hugin even lets you know at some point.

im thinking of stashing all my characters stuff in a chest and making a new world and replaying everything

South pole has a different biome than north. It may be fun for ya to explore. Looks cool. It has some mobs, and an ore type not used in game yet.

I gave up on mods after my frustrations with mods and Grim Dawn. After almost every update the mods would become borked.

Right after a game update is the worst time to install them because it takes some time for the modders to catch up. You were just told that some of them weren't working right in the other thread. Remo..

All the .old files are the ones you want.Replace all the <filename>.<extension> files with <filename>.<extension>.old.Make a back-up of everything just in case things go south...

Yep I think it takes a few minutes. My toon looked and looked and didn't have it then just before I decided to log him out I looked again and there it was in furniture.

Ready your cultivator then it will be buildable via your hammer. Either that or it just became buildable after being in game for a few minutes.

I guess what I am trying to figure out is how to keep the server running 24/7 without the host having to be online. I haven't seen an option for this when creating a world.

Appreciate it... kind of bummed out since this taints my hardcore run, but it's a beta game...Hurts especially, because I've bailed on hardcore runs that went pretty far, only to get bopped by a troll..

It was a 6.5MB update. Probably completed so fast that you didn't even see it download. Also they probably figured that whatever was changed in the 6.5MB update wasn't news-worthy. Likely just patched..

Ok it seems the update has indeed been applied (the maypole works) though the announcement still doesn't show up in the news feed.
