There's a mod that does exactly that as I recall. But I think having organized chests really helps.

^ ^ ^ This. In a previous update recently they said they'd be looking at QoL, and this is one of the big ones. For cooking, crafting, etc. Grounded added the same thing, and it was so nice.

i mean what else are we going to do with the stacks of iron we collect have them sit in some random chest in our base to be forgotten?.

the amount of iron in gear is paltry compared to what is in my walls :(

The Plains smelter uses the Ashland ore. I didn't find the iron requirement to be bad, a friend and I knocked out two crypts which took no time and then we smelted it.Plains mixes things up a bit and ..

shouldnt have made this thread. odin demanded my life just now. 3 skills dropped from 100 to 95. run and jump at 100 is not that bad to recover from. but boy. sword from 70 to 67 and bow from 65 to 62..

Yeah some of their lamps are fixed to structures (unusable), others are just sitting around and you can carry them or build fixed lamps of your own. The lamps are orange. The blue is to find them.

be glad it works this smoothly. try to get flat mudwall edges with a pickaxe that arent a square. its PAIN.

The cultivator also flattens the ground. Pre-flatten the ground with the hoe, it's what I do.

This is somewhat informed guess, but it probably adjusts and flattens the ground so that the crops won't stick too far out of the ground or outright float mid-air.

i mean sure would be nice. but its mainly a fishing over haul i believe.
