I actually agree with your husband, @Shalindra. The minimap is too small even when zoomed fully in. Scaling the UI helps, but it also makes the whole rest of the UI larger....which I don't need nor wa..

Pretty sure it is the . (period) and , (comma) keys that zoom the minimap in and out.

First, you should get a big monitor. I use a 26" one. Secondly you can zoom in the big map with the mouse wheelAnd the minimap with the period comma buttons.
