From experience, people will ask for fixed dates if they're not provided. I've seen it happen several times sadly.

Nah, Mistlands are fine. Sure it takes some time to figure out how to deal with it but I did it in a few weeks and I'm not that good.

I've probably explored more mistlands on my seed than any other biome now.. I find it the most rewarding biome so far for exploration...

Replace "the people" with "me" and it's all good. Not everyone can like every biome. I still don't like the Swamp nor Black Forest but I'm not going to cry about it and never have...

It is significantly more durable than stone, although I don't have exact numbers. It is by no means invulnerable though.

Yeah they do, now that you mention it. We've just started the wolf packs up again in the last week or so, I don't remember them doing that a few months ago.
