It's too bad really. Such a fun game otherwise. Just a bummer to have it freeze right when I am blocking or fighting...almost got me killed numerous times!

I'm running Nvidia GeforceRTX 3080 Ti Graphics card, have a super fast pc high speed internet and the lag or spikes is constant through my world and mostly around my base. Not sure what the developers..

I wonder if the devs are addressing this?

It does seem to happen quite frequently on the dedi server I'm on.

Crafting tier does not equal item tier. There are items that require a tier 7 forge to upgrade to tier 4.

If you can dig enough down, you find water ;)

This would be epic if they had that feature, I'd create a Dam in order to raise my river.

Water in valheim i'm pretty sure is just a layer, which can be annoying when trying to mine underground ironscraps.

I took over a whole continent with my buildings and I portal to each one of those locations, I have fields of farming, stone buildings for crafting with forges, fields of trees I planted and used them..

Definitely not for you. Crafting and fighting monsters is the core of the game. There is no story and the only NPCs are just idle. They say hello to you and you have to kill them to progress in the ga..

idk if every ten minutes, but yes. even windowed in the lowest resolution with medium settings still get random lag spikes in addition to world save spikes. prior to mistlands it was only during world..

Had this since the beginning, no idea what it is, but it's almost clockwise like a minor save or something, rather annoying.
