Nope, still hard. Turn off your mods, console commands, etc. If you think its too easy then take weaker gear/weapons.

I play solo, no God mode no cheats to upgrade, no mods, and I am still running for my life much of the time, so a big no from me its not too easy now.

Stamina systems are hit and miss. Better stamina mod lets you configure it to be better, so you dont take two swings at a draugr then pant like a fat kid. It also removes the stamina cost for building..
