I'm a dev, you are absolutely right, they could have make it so depending on option used the right libraries would load or not... instead of blindly loading everything at start and then chose what to ..

Are you using mods, probably with Server Sync? If so disable Crossplay for your server.

It's done something to kill some of the servers. Mine isn't working since the patch. Basically, you just have to wait until they get around to fixing it or start the server over from scratch.

Same here. VH server was running fine for ages on a Ubuntu 18.04 server. This update killed it. I don't want to use crossplay. I just want the Valheim server to work again. I can't just upgrade Ubuntu..
