There is a point where the NPC health drops to a certain point that if not in Melee they will try and run away. I figure your Trolls got confused and pathed out to sea.

Funny. It looks like they are scripted to know that being wet _should_ suppress fire DoT. Except that I am not sure that rain suppresses fire DoT.

Interesting. I've seen trolls walk into the ocean but never just to die. I didn't even know NPCs can drown.Abominations do the same when hit with enough fire arrows near enough to an ocean.

Mistlands terrain generation varies alot. Not sure if it was just code that they refined later on, but the first patch of mistlands I ran into wasn't "mistlands", but "mist islands"..

mistlands is utter trash , its ok ish to woefully grind through one time but is just bad all around and has no replay ability .

I don't think that they willingly wander into an enclosed space, and then you shut the door somehow? Seems to me that in this scenario you'd be sitting for quite some time waiting for a pig to show up..

Total RNG. We had a HUGE swamp only to have 3 and then the next medium swamp we've cleared a dozen, with a half a dozen more.

Very random, sometimes you'll come across half a dozen alright-to-good swamps with no crypts at alll, and sometimes you'll come across a mega large one, or even just a small with nearly a dozen crypts..
