A quick Googling (query=valheim+mod+armor+slots) gave me this as the first response: https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/92I don't use mods, but it seems to do exactly what you want.

using another world to farm also cuts down on lots of time with regards to getting resources like metals back to base. you can be at a mine or crypt in the other world, load up on ore, log back in to ..

Its easy, you see your characters and worlds are seperate, so you can choose your character and make a new world and the character with all their stuff and skills can enter that new world.

I hate to break it to you, but using a mac for PC gaming is sort of like using a Sega CD during the SNES era. You're gonna be hard pressed to find anything that's gonna support it.

Minecraft is ugly and pixelated. Valheim is beautiful. They aren't even remotely similar.

Nah, minecraft is a sandbox with almost zero progression. Valheim is sandbox-ish, but has tons of progression.

It's not really... this idea that anything with voxels and crafting = minecraft is a juvenile assessment, and way too broad.

I wouldn't say your friend is dishonest, but definitely not good with comparisons. Painting in waaaay too broad strokes. 'Bout the only comparisons one can make is you can build, dig, and fight things..

The answer though is no. Stone can support stone (to a certain extend) and iron/wood-iron can support stone (to a greater extent).

Just try it out, if something brakes you get full resources back.
