Ya, that sucks but remember, you can always run away. The "hunt" is a circle just like the event raids. Control the location of the encounter, win the fight.

Is the skill loss even that bad ? I honestly never found it that annoying.

Log out to main menu, log into character again. You will have full stamina.

A dev command to remove it would be useful.
