Yeah I tried draining but it's fully underneath the entire base lol so it's almost impossible to access the middle, probably more trouble than just rebuilding somewhere else. Absolutely LOVE this mech..

Put crafting table > Take hammer > Destroy wall/ceiling that supports the hive > Hive will fall

Think I found a bee in the plains biome. Didn't get a good look at it but my death was quick.

They can be pretty uncommon, but you'll just have to keep searching abandoned houses in the meadows. You'll hear the buzzing pretty clearly when you find them.

It's a random spawn and can sometimes be harder to find them, but you are doing the right thing. Explore abandoned buildings in the meadows. Eventually you will find one. I ended up finding several on..
