I don’t think they can spawn with stars near spawn. Look for meadows farther out like meadows near plains, they spawn at regular star rates out there

Do you have silver? It won't show up until you've collected and smelted silver bars.

breeding using a zero star and a one star has a 50% chance of a 1 star piggy... so continue feeding them until you get your preferred 1 star piggy..
