I had no idea it was an alpha build when i bought it(grew up console only, didn't know PC had Early Access). Utterly shocked at how well put together it is for an unfinished game.

Yup, I keep coming back to this game every now and then, not because of any new content, but just how it has a nice overall game play to it. My wife actually prefers Valheim over Minecraft.

Max level armor and weapons are generally a waste of resources. Focus on beating the zone rather than grinding a full new equipment set worth of materials, and move to the next tier of items.

Make lvl 4 swors , only blobs are some resistant but the rest of mob get very good damage from itIn swamp craft iron mace to lvl 4, it worth the entire swamp and mountain biomeIf you know how to parry..

Iron first makes?- shield if you use it- mace or other weaponrock cutter -> grinding wheel & forge upgrade (low cost upgrade)a few nails (low cost comfort items, throne, unlocks big boat, more)..

I use troll than abom armour bi-passing the bronze and iron armour (not the weapons/shield) than the mountain armour for the plains. Im an archer type player though so I like my light armour
