you must have cheats active for this to work...open the console (Press F5)/devcommands/debugmodeclose the console (Press ESC)press the Z key on your keyboard (enable flight) and fly to land

Swim as far as you can and then log out. When you log back in you will have full stamina.Or just use dev commands.
