While it's sad to see that Valheim does not support macOS (especially when it does support Linux), it's at least good to see there is a possibility.

The pricing of a Steam game isn't based on the distribution but based on the country.

I hate to break it to you, but using a mac for PC gaming is sort of like using a Sega CD during the SNES era. You're gonna be hard pressed to find anything that's gonna support it.

You'd usually be out of luck, but there is a chance with this particular game:
'Q: On which platforms will Valheim be released?
A: Valheim will be released on Windows and Linux via Steam. A Mac-version will be released if there is any significant demand for it. There are no plans to release on other platforms as of the time of writing but we won’t rule out console versions in the future.'

Probably worth contacting them to state your interest in it. Apparently the lead dev is a Linux user, so evidently they have some appreciation for OS's other than Windows.
