Will this be too dangerous for outpost?
During my sea exploring. I found a sunken crypt that looks easy to get to. Been thinking is it safe to building an outpost or trail through boimes to get to crypt. Short distance away I found high defense area in the meadows...still in planning stage. Have portal, bench, few chest with that sits out of monster range. Once leave this outpost, I would have to swim across a river which is black forest, very close to mountain base with snow. As I will go closer to the swamp which have to cross very thin area of plains. The plains surround the swamp on one side while the other side is ocean. The plains also half way up the mountain too. Will be 4 biomes in this one area. Plains close to the river has a family of lox. Other times I saw furlings running around. Around that area, I can build an outpost but not sure if it too dangerous from so many different biome and the monsters that goes with it. Look like nothing spawns there but like other threads I read noise and fighting will draw stuff. Or should I raise group in the river to make a path so I can run it to be safe?

I think you would be fine, but a reasonable precaution may be to place some spawn-blocking structures on that patch of plains on the southern side of the river, such as workbenches or campfires.
A single fuling, let alone a pack of three, will obliterate many non-plains mobs with no trouble at all. Because of this they can sometimes aggro-chain mobs until they are quite far away from their native biome. In your case the surrounding water ensures that they only have one way to go, which is in the general direction of your 'high defence moat' marker.
Even if you've cheesed the landscape so that they can't access your high defence moat, putting you or your buildings in danger to their javelins is something that you want to avoid at all cost. And then there are the deathquitos who give much less of a damn about your obstacles.

That swamp looks small. Mountain too. I doubt you will get much resources there. I would skip that part and make outpost somewhere else.
You actually dont need an outpost near swamp if you are going for iron. Place a portal at the crypt nearest to the sea and work your way from there. Collect iron from other crypts in chests next to the portal and when you are finished just pack it all in the boat and sail home. Just be careful, entering swamp from the sea can be very dangerous.
