Has the game added the option to rebind rotating while building?
I havent played much because my scroll wheel is broken and I wasnt able to rebind rotating.

You might try using the AutoHotKey program to rebind say the up/down arrow keys to single-step mouse wheel movements.

You might try using the AutoHotKey program to rebind say the up/down arrow keys to single-step mouse wheel movements.For me the issue is more about being locked out of zoom while having the hammer out.
It would be nice to be able to hold alt or something so it would zoom instead.
