They're not OP, you're probably undergeared.

lol, as posted above, you should have seen them before the nerf. That nerf was a mistake, but whatever, it is what it is. The only real issue the deathsquitoes had back then was roaming far out into the water, which they still do. The one issue with them didn't get changed and so we're still stuck with a gameplay element that does nothing but add needless annoyance to exploration.

cant chop a tree in peace without some suicide goblin with no weapons charging at me...
an enemy should know when they are defeated. running along the shore, some small nasty creeps get annoyed over me and charge at me even tho im 10 times bigger. small brain indeed. getting deeper into the woods, they raise skeletons, gobling lords, trolls, leech droughts, and.. slimy things. all fall before my arrows and blade. all i wanted was this damn copper rock, what a silly way to charge and loose your life..

and they never learn, the only wise creature in this realm is the deer, that seems to scurry away in my might.

yes i prolly did get ahead of my self in my test char, further than i was suppose to, i just felt like exploring with no idea i was venturing deeper into oblivion.

Welcome to Valheim. You ventured to a place your character should not be at this moment. Pick yourself up and learn from it. Next time you know better.

Okay to be honest, ive seen people writing about it, but to feel it first hand :/

No, they're far from OP. Nothing more than a glass cannon with a very simple attack pattern that can easily be exploited. They're also currently from the hardest biome right now, and you should have silver armour, or at minimum iron armour, though i find silver armour and weapons easier to make. And you've got already many tools at your disposal to deal with them, bows, atgeirs, shields, roll iframes and others. They have a niche purpose that after sometime you learn is easily exploited.

If you think they're OP now, you should have seen them at release. They were heavily nerfed.
