Hum, what do you think about ostriches in the plains biom ? Bigger eggs, more feathers, bigger chicken and maybe the ability to ride it like a chocobo. :D

Viking are well known for their ostriches mounts.

I wanna chase chickens! The eggs and meat and such are cool too.

I would like to think that we will have access to whatever agricultural resources were available in the Viking world. If chickens fit that description, then yes, please. Otherwise, next.

Hum, after some researchs, I found no evidence of a meeting between vikings and ostriches in the real world. :(

But Lox doesn't exist either, so I dont give up about an ostrich-like creature in Valheim !

In a fantasy game I don't think they should really try to restrict themselves to what real Vikings used, plus last time I checked Silver is a very weak metal so they wouldn't be using it for actual weapons or armor only as ornaments.
