Everything with Frost Resist provides the same 50% damage reduction/immunity from the Freezing effect (unless wet, then you still freeze, doesn't matter what you use). Same with Fire, except the Fenris set bonus also makes you immune to environmental fire damage (campfires etc).

Root Mask makes you take 1/2 damage from poison, mead makes you take 1/4.

Potion. Mask makes poison survivable but potion makes poison all but useless.
