Magic is broken if you parry with it. Not only does the Fire Staff's on hit damage increase, but the fire DOT doubles too. Its probably the best crowd control weapon weapon there is right now. I've killed 3 1* Seekers ganging up on me and Loxes with 4-5 casts. Plus, its AOE is perfect for killing the Hare Rabbits.

Also, the parry on the Ice Staff is crazy too. you get off 5-10 crits in + slow effect. You can also do weakness damage to Seeker Soldiers by hitting their rear end when they smash their arms into the ground.

The only downside to magic is having to wear the robe set for Eitr regen. You take so much damage compared to Carapace armor that you practically have to use Protection staff if you wanna fight a group of enemies.

When you say "Literally no damage" do you mean *literally no damage?*

If so I'd advise eating some Eitr food so you can actually attack with those weapons.

maybe the beetle shell protects them against fire? I cold slows them down.

Ive had no problem killing seekers with the ice staff. Eat one magic food and burst fire them. should knock one out and slows

i guess it depends on the enemy since enemys have different weaknesses, but not entirely sure :X still beta tho, hope they will change it for the better of it :D
