Does anybody else get a hitch or a mini-freeze every time you start the game up (edit: after about 14-15 seconds in-game)? If I'm the only one, I might be able to fix it. If it happens to other people, then I can forget about it. i7 9700, rtx 2070 8gb, Win 11, 16 gb ram, ssd.
