i did the roll back and plus is working but epic loot is still doing the tooltip and i have no idea how to trouble shoot that one and i really really like it

If you don't want to rollback, try updating BepInEx and, if you use it, Jotunn as well.

And check if there is a new update for all your mods.

I had the same bug with the Epic Loot mod, and it's solved now.

Probably not all the mods which you installed, did a upgrade to the newest version. Disable the mods or roll back the steam version game.

Open Steam
Next, you must click on Steam, then select the Settings option.
A new window should appear.
From that window, click on the Account tab located on the left.
Once you’ve done all of that, please click on Beta Participation.
Select the Change option, then hit the OK button.
The final thing to do here is to select Steam Beta Update via the Beta Participation dropdown menu.
Click the OK button once again.

Simply open Steam if you haven’t already.
Right-click on the game and select Properties.
Go to the section that reads, Betas.
Finally, look for the section that reads: Select the beta you would like to opt into.
Choose the previous patch from the list to switch
