Everything is working properly. I was just trying to use some mods. If it doesn't work now I will just wait.

Uninstall the mods. Go back to where you downloaded them and see if they have been updated for the last game update, which happened today I believe. If the creator of the mod hasn't updated their mod it won't work.

The devs allow modding... well there is no reason to stop it if that is what you want to do. Probably safer to use the console though but have no clue what you are trying to mod in.


Edit add - Oh you only just started. So I suggest you uninstall the game, then go to the install folder and delete it entirely. Mods have a bad habit of putting in files that an uninstall won't remove... so it is always best to delete whatever is left after an uninstall.

Then reinstall the game and check function.

Might be a good idea if you do a malware and antivirus check as well just in case before you reinstall.

Right after a game update is the worst time to install them because it takes some time for the modders to catch up. You were just told that some of them weren't working right in the other thread. Remove or disable whatever you just put in and wait for the mods to update before trying again.

If you put in more than one at the same time, you can try to narrow down which one is causing the problem by only enabling one at a time. Sometimes mods conflict with each other, which is another reason to only put in one at a time and test.

I gave up on mods after my frustrations with mods and Grim Dawn. After almost every update the mods would become borked.

I managed to fix it, but how do I know the works I installed are working?

That is a rather broad question to answer. If it doesn't play the same as it did before, I am sure you will know. As GunsForBucks said, mods are used at your risk.
