You have been raided

Hello there. Somebody naild a sign to the entrance of our great hall, saying "You have been raided a bit. Beautiful settlement." Does that come from the game or does somebody have cracked our server password? I am the only one haveing access that speaks English kinda okay, so I guess the others did not do it.

I've had people show up also uninvited. However, I was playing at the time. Not only that, they were using Console Commands while on my Seed. I'm still puzzled at how they manage that.
