Keep them locked in if you can. Take out a second story section and put up a stair with a short wall to shoot over and into the opening. There is likely a spawner in there... pile on ground with flies buzzing. Shoot that to kill it, clear out the inside and get your stuff.

Those drauger villages are around but do make good sausage factories early on.

Those are draugr villages, they are great for farming entrails as they are not in the swamp so you don't get the wet debuff. Place a portal there for whenever you need some entrails quickly, just don't destroy the body piles.

For your equipment, lure them out a bit, maybe create a workbench to easily destroy some parts of the building to easily get in and out. Once you have your corpse, run.

Always have a backup set of weapons and armor, never throw the last tier away. Draugrs have rare villiages in the Meadows, you need to find and destroy the corpse piles that respawn them.
Trying to run in naked and starving and grab your gear naked is not really a viable strategy in Valheim.
