Hello folks, have a question on how to use the raiseskill command in the Dev commands.

We have a player joining our server after missing some time, an wanted to give his skills a bump so he is getting trounced in the mountains with us. Having him log into a solo server, activating the dev commands then using the raiseskill [skill name] [amount] (minus the brackets) but every time it returns the message "'raiseskill' is not valid in the current context"

Anyone have any idea what we are doing wrong, or how to do it correctly? Thanks.
