Problems with the fourth boss
I hope that maybe the developers of this game will pay attention to my remark. The probability of which is of course small:(. The fact is that your "new version of food" from a series of murders of all bosses, made it very difficult to kill the fourth boss. The change in the balance of food had a negative impact ONLY on him.All the other four bosses are fighting "on a flat surface" and they don't fly anywhere "to the neighboring rock through the abyss" :).All the other bosses fight on a horizontal surface and therefore it is not very difficult to kill them.Unlike the fourth boss, and therefore I can say with one hundred percent certainty that a person playing this game for the first time will NEVER be able to kill just the fourth boss without dying a couple of times.Even I, a person with extensive experience of this game, had 35 minutes!!!!! (or two days according to the time of the game) to fight with him, during this fight, I killed two stone Golems along the way, about 20 small dragons and about 30 wolves, drink 6 bottles of endurance, 6 bottles of health, three bottles of anti-frost.Yes, of course, I did kill him, BUT I killed him only because I have over a huge experience of this game, no other, less experienced player could have coped with this task. And this boss has become so difficult ONLY because of the "food imbalance", so if you have unbalanced the food, then as a consequence, and somehow "unbalance the fourth boss".Be consistent so to speak. To be honest, personally, in your place, I made the fourth boss act the way the fifth boss is acting now (which in the modern version of the game is five times lighter than the fourth boss, which is not logical at all), but I would "allow the fifth boss to fly", after all, the plains are "a flat thing" and therefore it would be possible to fly there. Moreover, "according to the myths" on the basis of which you created this plot, it is more logical. In Russian myths (fairy tales),Russian Russian myths dragged to themselves), there is Koshchei the Immortal (according to you, this is the fifth boss) and there is a Serpent Gorynych (according to you, this is the fourth boss), so according to these "primary myths" just Koshchei the Immortal always lived in the mountains, and the Serpent Gorynych (Gorynych because "burning") lived on the Plains (in the steppes, where the evil steppe and therefore incomprehensible peoples live, such as Polovtsians and other Kipchaks :)).However, if I'm talking "about myths", then the sequence of biomes is broken with you, in the right way, as it should be, in terms of complexity, plains-steppes should go first, and only then, as the most complex biome, mountains. It is after the steppes that the MOUNTAINS, the mountains of the Caucasus or the Urals come, but not the other way around, and they, after the steppe-plains, were the most "complex biome" for the Vikings-Rus), the biome where Koschei the Immortal lives, who simply cannot be killed.....but which we still had to kill :).....p.s. I certainly understand that modern Scandinavians, and not those ancient real Vikings who were everywhere on their drakkars, are infinitely far from the mountains, steppes and the REAL taiga, I understand that no modern Scandinavian has the slightest idea what a real taiga (dark forest) is, what are steppes -plains and what are mountains, I understand that no modern Scandinavian has rowed for months along the Volga, through the "plains-steppes" to the Vyskomi mountains to the South, beating the rhythm of the paddle, shouting "rose", as their ancestors did. BUT you, at least a little bit, still have to somehow honor the memory of your ancestors? Why do you twist their tales about this world:(?

TBF Viking culture formed on the edge of the same landmass, I expect there's a bunch of overlapping mythology. What is it about the word heim, the constant references to vikings, the presence of Odin, Ymir flesh, Fenris' children, and Thor sending lightning to destroy your trash that made you think Russian myths have anything to do with this game?
I’m thinking there is a clear influence of vodka involved. The Russians are a proud people, but they have a long history of cultural appropriation when teaching history within their borders.
And that is not intended as an insult...I am married to a proud Russian.

I survived my first fight with Moder without dying which was also a solo fight. Also was after the H&H update. So don't pretend to speak for a majority off your own experience.
I found Moder to be easier than Bonemass. The fight with Moder stayed around her altar because I forced her to come at me. You don't chase the boss.
Only problem I had was my bow breaking which was easily fixed with a portal I had nearby because of past experience with the prior bosses.

Is it weed or google translate, maybe both?
Just for the record I didn't die to Moder and found it actually quite easy just like the Elder, the only annoying bit was my bow broke but as I was prepared I had a portal in a small base at the top of the mountain.
The hardest bit was actually getting up there in the first place considering the size of the mountain was so high that the ocean and land below it wouldn't render

WALL OF TEXT
A word of advice: you should use proper paragraph spacing. Most people will read the first two lines, some random line in the middle and maybe the last half of the last sentence of your wall of text. Since I just woke up, I read the first three words and responded with this.

Honestly, the game borrows some elements from norse mythology but it doesn't try to strictly follow it (see golems, lox, deathsquitos, fulings, etc..). To search for a "higher mythological sense" at every corner is the wrong approach to it (...or at least a waste of effort).
As to Moder, the fight with her is not as hard as it is tedious. And yes, if there are a couple golems and other spawn points in close proximity the fight can be a lot harder than if it is not the case. Last time i fought her, it was a long fight (about 20 mins) but there were no golems around, i only've been disturbed by 3 drakes in the process.
