Nearly all mobs every now.

Great idea that we have to deal with nearly every mob at night, even in the once peaceful Meadows... great idea...NOT!

There's some differences with that though. Killing Bonemass or Moder doesn't enable any additional nightly spawns except skeletons, so it was bit of a surprise to have fulings spread out after taking down Yagluth.

But yeah, once you actually know what's going on, they are just free resources delivered to your door.

Well, meadows always were a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ as soon as skellies start to spawn there. Endless boar screams and deer barks throughout the night

By the time that happens they're a nothing spawn. Also can't be stared, and it's rare. Meh.

On a first thought having stronger enemies spawn in meadows post-boss defeat sounds good to have for more challenge and easy way to farm mats. But not many people have noticed (maybe not even the devs) that finding **boar or **wolf post-XBoss is harder with all those alien pieces that will immediately slaughter the fauna that is spawned before you even notice there was a **variant. Thus, forcing you to better search for your tames before defeating bosses that enable agressive creatures towards boars and wolves. MO is that there should not be any foreign spawns in meadows and mountain for that specific reason, except if there is a better way to alter this in the future.

With proper base defenses in place there are very few raids you'd even have to think about. If you don't have a well defended base then yes, raids are rough. Trench and walls are your friends, or building on an easily defended space like an island. Almost nothing will reach you aside from the bat raids.

Raids are really trivial if you have a solid defensive bulwark. My personal preference is building on an island right off the coast (usually black forest), raising earth for fortification and the water is a giant moat around it. I've had a bunch of raids and I usually just ignore them while doing things, unless the raid has something I want to loot (like killing the Rancid Remains in the Skeleton Surprise event). The only events I have to think about are the drakes and bats at this point, which are relatively minor.

It's a survival game that features raids--therefore, build defenses accordingly. Not doing so just sets yourself up for things getting destroyed periodically, which is frustrating. Learned that early in the game, adapted to build better defenses to not suffer through it. Part of the game, once you know then not adapting to the changing circumstances just leads to being upset.

As for higher level mobs appearing at night--by then you should be well geared so they aren't much of a threat overall. And with a well defended base you can always retreat back inside your base and not worry about the outside mobs. And as always, at night the difficulty goes up, so don't go out at night unless you're prepared to deal with more/tougher mobs. Again, adapting to the circumstances. That's how survival games work, wanting it to be otherwise is counterintuitive.

I don't see any real need to add challenge to the meadows after you're multiple biomes past it. These mobs aren't adding challenge. You've already dealt with them in more dangerous forms and numbers before. They just force you to use up good food when you just want to chill out and go chop some wood or hunt some deer and spend all your time dealing with mobs that you can easily handle, but take all the time away from the reason you're there. Its not challenging. No one needs to "git gud". It's just annoying. If you wanted challenge, you'd be in one of the other biomes anyhow.

So do your chores during the day, problem solved, if you don't like facing the tougher mobs at night. Seems logical. The game has a difficulty curve, things do get harder as you progress, more dangers/challenges. If you just want peace and quiet then don't kill the bosses. Otherwise yes, at night some harder things will show up. Sleep at night, adventure during the day, then the night issues are irrelevant if they disrupt your peaceful easy feeling.

I guess it's a mechanism to ruin the earlier biomes so you have to spend your time in the new ones getting the new meats etc.

They never really bothered me but I'd have no problem with them being removed.

I don't think it "ruins" earlier biomes. This is a night-time issue/complaint. Easy enough to not be exploring at night if it's that big of a problem.

Seems that i should write it simply:
Seekers should NOT spawn in Meadows or Mountains where you want to tame **Boars/Wolves!
