Why can't we plant the Ancient Seeds for Greydwarf spawners?
As the good Dane I am, I'd like to do a ecological restoration project on a lot of the Black Forest I had to cut down for lumber. But I have all these Ancient Seeds, and a Cultivator, so why can't I plant them in the ground there too?
I think it would be a nice feature to plant spawners of all types, subject to perhaps some limited restrictions (like you can't plant Ancient Seeds in the planes, etc.). I mean, we have all these items, like Withered Bones and Ancient Seeds, that no longer serve much purpose after they are offered. It would be good to have some additional uses for them.

Surprised we can't use them in conjunction with the cultivator & plant Ancient Trees (like the ones in the swamp) for more ancient bark.

Wait so ancient seeds have no purpose outside of summoning a boss? Withered bones are the same?The only boss spawning item that has another use is Eikthir's one. You can make a Stagbreaker with the Deer Trophys.
I thought I just hadn't found stuff to make an upgraded cultivator yet. I almost have two full stacks of each at this point XP

You need the rotting soul of a murderer as fertilizer. Good luck finding one in Valheim.

Nah, this would lead to even more grey dwarf battery farming than goes on now...
But I do agree that sacraficial items should have a secondary use be it that Haldor would take them in trade (easy fix) or if you Obliterated them to Thor you got something special like a chunk of Ymir flesh for a full stack of them or 999 gold or 10 Iron etc - only for full stacks mind you
