Tulips would be nice but that would mean the Vikings would have to go to Holland several hundred years down the road after the Hollanders saw the value of tulips as they scavenged them from the "Stans". That be your history/botony lesson for this morning.

Turnip flowers are found in the swamp; they look like carrots, but with yellow flowers instead of white.

Maybe your cauldron is lacking. Gotten anything plantwise in the swamps?

Yeah. you need the spice rack upgrade for your cauldron to get lvl 2 recipees. It requires dandelions, thristles, mushrooms, carrots and tulips iirc.

There's a Cooking Upgrade you need to do in order to have Sausages for the Cauldron. It only requires thristles carrots and mushrooms which can be found in the black forest, dandelions in the mallows, and tulips in the swamps. Also Thristles also swamps in the swamp too.
