Inventory space definitely feels like it shrinks the further into the game you get. Balancing out leveling up new weapon skills that become available to you later in the game with keeping your stronger weapons on you for harder, more serious encounters, plus some potions in case of emergency, the wisplight, belt and possibly the swamp key and wishbone, as well as your necessary tools, armor and food, you aren’t really left with a lot of wiggle room. I find that I have almost exactly enough spaces to carry all the loot that I really need to keep and nothing more, making it hard to naturally grind for weaker materials unless I’m actively farming them.

What a shame.

Equipment and inventory slots 92 and Quick Stack - Store - Sort - Trash - Restock # 2094 helps with this while still being thematic. You can safely throw away all bone fragments after you make the 2 items that use them, ancient seeds, and greydwarf trophies though. Under 20min setup. I strongly reccomend using manual setup. Be warned that equipment in the slots WILL dissapear if the mod is deactivated. Also craft from containers is necessary to play the game for me now.

I always have space and have more stuff at my base stored up than I can shake a stick at I'm throwing most everything in the obliterater what else do you think you need if you want God mode go get a mod stop with this crying for devs to make the game easy when it's already to dam easy in the first place on many levels it's too easy to get loot it's too easy to get food it's too dam easy to get skills up what more do you want

Just mod it. I doubt the devs are changing much there. There are numerous mods that tweak little things that people often wish were different about Valheim. It's really easy to mod using something like Thunderstore (doesn't even mod/touch the default game folder). Some mods require your tweaking a text file but it's simple and that's where you'll adjust something to your liking.

Play it how you want.

The title is too small because you have so many unnecessary o's in it. If one chooses to collect what one needs instead of what one can, inventory space is much less a problem.

No. If you can't figure out what you need to carry, what you need to loot, and what you might as well just throw out, then its your problem, not a problem of the inventory space.

You don't have to pick all the dandelions. You don't have to have every ancient seed you find. Trophies that you don't need for crafting or decoration can be left behind.

If you want to play like you are one of Marie Kondo's clients carry what you need to build a workbench and a portal and once you are carrying too much, build the workbench, and then the portal, go through and drop all your stuff off, go back through the portal, dismantle the portal, then the workbench and continue on.

You have to chose between:

• carrying all of your tools/weapons you think you might need and choosing carefully what stacks to pick up, or
  
• running lite on gear and risk getting into trouble.

I'm pretty sure this and other mechanics like it are the "brutal" part of "brutal survival game".

Hmmm, isn't this addressed about 999 times before?
