The only one who can ban you from a server is the one hosting it. They can ban you for anything.
There is no banning from the game.

The devs provided access to console commands, so feel free to use any of them to cheat however you want.

But I'd bet your map has swamps, you're just not finding them. The map is HUGE, I've seen a lot of seeds now and have never seen one that doesn't have a swamp on the starting island or a short sail away.

Build a ship and sail around. Took me about 3 hrs to find a swamp.
Wolves can also follow you when sailing as long as you dont outdistance them with boat they will swim behind you til you land. Bring your best bow and armour as you dont want to go heads up with any of the monsters and try to stay out of water.
