Dying and skill levels

When you die, do your skill levels just reduce a little or do they completely reset?

5% multiplicative. so, 2.5% at 50%.

they reduce by 5% iirc everytime you die without the no skill drain effect.

5% loss in skill level I believe. So, if your skill is at 100 and you die, it drops to 95.
