On the way; they just posted screenshots of some of the new dungeon encounters. It should arrive Q1 2022 so you don't have long to wait at all. Then during Q2 or Q3 we'll get the Mistlands update. They're aiming for summer but we'll see.

the dungeons they promised are still under development. what we have currently are the same crypts, burial chambers, and troll caves.

Should be noted that before they were aiming for summer 2022 with Mistlands, they were previously aiming for the end of this year at the very latest and unless they make some stiff lattes and keep a stash of smelling salts nearby I don't really see any actual progression content dropping for this game for at least half a year.
