help us out a bit here... at what point? do you get any splash screens, do you get the choose vulcan option... thanks for vanilla note.. but im gunna guess display,screen, but totally guessing at the mo!

I have the same issue! Also vanilla. For me I can make a character, make my first world and about 5 seconds into the loading screen it just stops responding and crashes. Reinstalled it 2 times. I get the option at start up to launch with vulcan, but the exact same thing happens. Just bought it. Unless someone has a solution i'm going to go for a refund sadly

I have a pretty beefy system and having just restarted from scratch, worldgen took a couple two tree minutes.

In my experience windows sometimes has a tendency to mark programs as not responding if you're clicking away trying to get it to move along.

I'd say give it at least 5 minutes without touching anything even if it shows as not responding.

It's not only building the world on the first load but also loading the intro.

This worked! It took a little awhile but just went to do other things and it loaded. Haven't had the issue loading up since! Thank you!
