-force-vulkan ?? not working?
I put -force-vulkan in the launch options but the app still asks if I wanna run the game with or without vulkan.. how can i get rid of that popup for good?

To the best of my knowledge you cannot. If you launch the game from the Steam icon in your taskbar (under hidden active programs), it will launch the game directly with no popups.
